Elephant with giraffe walking on dangerous rope high in sky symbol balance overcoming fear for goal success. Young entrepreneur corporate world") When we refer state governments, remember, it’s not just the state that gets funding, it’s all the schools in that state. Often, they have already got existing projects running and existing funding which is sitting there waiting to be spent on new Erasmus+ or Turing internships abroad. ### All Funding Must Be Spent! This year, one of the criteria is that funding must be spent in order for new funding to become available, so that’s why we also see a huge uptake in bookings and in reliable bookings. We’re talking about the scenarios when some organisations have been burnt by partners before. They have paid and haven’t seen their money back, because their supposed partners have run off with the money, so there’s a big trust issue going on! Only the strongest and most reputable organisations are doing well. These days governments do their due diligence on every company offering a foreign placement service and then they select the best companies to run their projects such as TravelEdventures - so trust is important. That means that they’re looking for reputable partners to the point where there are some governments using our brochures and just rebranding them with their logo and then sending them onto their schools that are eligible for Erasmus+. We’re their partner, which is extremely exciting and means that we’re working with many states across Europe! ## We Always Achieve Great Results! This is super thrilling for us but of course, there’s a lot at stake so we must [over deliver](https://info.traveledventures.com/why-we-overdeliver-for-our-erasmus-and-turing-clients) on every trip. It’s a little like governments and NGOs are bulk buying, we work to scale which is great for us and we always achieve great results too! We are especially looking to find and research incredible Ed-Tech and enable teachers, schools and staff, as well as students to adapt Ed-Tech into the classroom. ## How We Do This With Training and Workshops We do this by creating fully funded, bespoke training and workshops, surrounding some of the most advanced and reputable educational technology companies around the world. So, if your organisation is in the field of Ed-Tech with a growing client base and you would like support with creating a funded workshop for schools and governments involving your technology, then we would really like to hear from you and perhaps work together! First, you need to select a reputable partner. We have seen a lot of organisations in our field suffer during the pandemic, and many of them have gone under. Many organisations are finding it hard to work with their existing partners, so make sure you choose a reputable partner for your upcoming trip. ### Keep Your Payments Safe You should also make sure your payments are safe, the pandemic has put an added financial stress on many organisations. Make sure your payments are fully insured for example, through a government insurance scheme. ### Choose a Suitable Payment Plan Don’t accept ridiculous payment plans. Again, many organisations found that the pandemic made life very tough – and we know that some are charging outrageous down payment plans, month in advance. In fact, we have lots of organisations come to us because their old partners have tried to either overcharge them or put unrealistic pressure on them to pay up early! So, do make sure that you’re with a partner who can work with your desired payment plan and who delivers great level of care. If you have to pay too much up front, then your agency will spend the money on their operations before delivering a service to you. It’s more important than ever to work with a reputable partner that you can trust. We have been one of the fortunate few organisations who’ve stayed profitable, even during the pandemic. So, if you or your colleagues are struggling to find someone or would like to work with a partner they can trust, please get in touch by clicking [here](https://info.traveledventures.com/contact-us).
