The Winter Semester in Malta is eligible for Erasmus+ and Turing Scheme funding – which is accessible through your country’s National Agency and covers accommodation and course fees.

Following acceptance, we will send details of the accommodation and course fees, which we always endeavour to keep as low as possible to keep our study placements as competitive as possible. Do speak to your college or university’s international department about their involvement too – they will help and guide you.

When you book your winter semester with TravelEdventures, you have the remarkable benefit of staying at our very own Maltese hostel.  We run the hostel ourselves, so it’s safe, secure, clean and comfortable – and it’s full of students just like you so you’ll make friends for life while having the most incredible international experience!
Our deadline date is 25th August 2024 BUT once the courses are full, then we will have to close our application process, so we urge you to book in advance, as you wouldn’t want to miss out!
Courses can hold anything from insert here number of students to insert here number of students.  We don’t believe in huge classes as it’s harder to learn so we try and keep our numbers restricted, so you get the greatest benefit.
Firstly, an Erasmus+ or Turing Scheme study placement boosts your qualifications.  Secondly, you will have exceptional opportunities to network with others and visit incredible companies – many of our placement students go onto intern at our partner companies.  Some go on to accept full-time jobs in the future.  Did you know, Erasmus+ students are half as likely to experience long-term unemployment, with rates 23% lower than those who haven’t studied abroad.  Employers love an international study or work experience on a CV!
We work with schools, colleges and universities (and other higher education institutions) to facilitate the very best Erasmus+ and Turing Scheme placements abroad.  We suggest you talk to your careers’ office, international department or Erasmus+/Turing Scheme representative at your school, college or university to see what options are available.  As the schemes are European and government-run, have significant grants available and more – they should be available to you too.
