In this article we will show you what a typical two weeks- “Erasmus+ schedule” looks like. This example took place in Valencia (Spain) in September 2019. This group booked an all-inclusive Erasmus+ trip to Valencia (flights, airport transfers, public transport tickets, language course, insurance, organisation of activities, internships and accommodation in a hotel for teachers & a hostel for students) and consisted of 25 students and 4 teachers. As the group consisted of more than 10 students, we included our TravelEdventures Group Leader for the first week for free. That Group Leader was available almost 24/7 and was there to help for questions or any problems that arose. If you want to know the type of problems that can occur during an Erasmus+ trip read our upcoming blog Problems That May Occur During an Erasmus+ Stay. Please also note that the first two teachers were replaced by two other teachers at the end of the first week.
