This example took place in Valencia (Spain) in September 2019. This group booked an all-inclusive Erasmus+ trip to Valencia (flights, airport transfers, public transport tickets, language course, insurance, organisation of activities, internships and accommodation in a hotel for teachers & a hostel for students) and consisted of 25 students and 4 teachers. As the group consisted of more than 10 students, we included our TravelEdventures Group Leader for the first week for free. That Group Leader was available almost 24/7 and was there to help for questions or any problems that arose. Meeting at the arrival hall. Transfer to the hostel by bus. Check in at the hostel for students and hotel for the teachers. | | 9:30 pm | Dinner at El Leon at Plaza Redonda. |   Dinner in the old town - [http://www.elleonbar.com/](http://www.elleonbar.com/)   Meeting at the hostel at 9:15am. | | | **Saturday** | | | | | 14/09/19 | 9:30 am-1:00 pm | Meeting at the hostel 8:30 am. | 3h of language course with 30min break. The first day only English level A2/B1 with a German-English teacher.   | |   |   | Free time at the beach or other self-organised activities. | | | 7:00 pm–9:00 pm | Meeting at the hostel. | Guided tour - Old Town in German language. | | | **Sunday** | | | | | 15/09/19 | 9:30 am ‐ 13:00 pm | Meeting at the hostel 8:30 am. | 3h of language course with 30 min break. The second-day introduction to Spanish - English – Spanish teacher (basic Spanish phrases and basic phrases useful for building/construction sites). | |   |   | Free time at the beach or other self-organised activities. | | | 6:30 pm | Meeting at the docks - close to Veles E Vents. |   Sunset cruise start at 7:00 pm – public tour.   Duration: 1:30h. | | | **Monday to Friday** | | | | | 16/09/19 – 20/09/19 |                                                                  Work Experience ‐ Students (at least 30h per week). | | | | 16/09/19 – 17/09/19 |   | Monday‐Tuesday | Visiting internships’ companies by Teachers and Director. | | **Thursday** | | | | | 19/09/19 | 11:20 pm | Arrival at the airport – second teacher group. | Meeting at the airport and transfer to the hotel. | | **Saturday** | | | | | 21/09/19 | 4:00 am | Departure of the first teacher group. | Transfer to the airport - flight at 6:35 am   | | 9:30 am | Meeting at the hostel. | Ciudad de las Artes and Oceanografic - reservation for Oceanografic with the dolphin show (the time of the show tbc. Scheduled dolphin show and why habitats can be modified by biological or meteorological reasons). | | | Free time for the students – day at the beach and self-organised activities. | | | | | **Sunday** | | | | | 22/09/19 | 9:30 am Meeting at the hostel.
