At this point, they should understand all about TravelEdventures, who we are, what we do and how we do it. That’s so important, and we never send anyone inexperienced out with our groups.  ## *Giving Our Clients Complete Confidence*  Our clients need to feel complete confidence that every single staff member knows exactly what they’re doing – so if there’s a problem that they know how to deal with it immediately, before that problem becomes a real issue!  They also need to feel valued as clients and all of our staff understand the importance of building client relationships, so they are for the long term.  Our aim is always a long-term relationship, we want our clients to stay with us for years – and they do.  ## *We’re Always Flexible*  We also need our staff to be very flexible.  That means they’re not concerned about working on a Sunday night at 8.00pm – because our groups are at their destination 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, someone needs to be available to them at all times.
